Inmate Finances
Inmate Accounts
Funds in the form of a cash or credit/debit card may be accepted for the inmate at the Inmate Banker Kiosk located in the lobby of the Main Jail. Money orders may be accepted through the US Mail Service. All money orders are to be filled out completely with the name and address of the sender along with the complete name of the inmate. Funds can also be added to an inmate account using the Offender Connect website
Upon incarceration, any and all cash in an inmate’s possession will be deposited into an account specifically set up for each inmate. (Personal checks and credit/debit cards will be placed in the inmate’s property.) This money can be used to purchase commissary, make phone calls, release money to an outside friend/family member, and any fees that may be deducted by the facility ($1.50 daily housing fee, medical charges, etc.). Upon release, the inmate will be provided the balance of their account during normal business hours in the form of a check. If an inmate is released outside of normal business hours, the inmate has the option to return during normal business hours or have it mailed to an address of their choice.
